Enlisted has multiple nations and squads. Spreading XP everywhere slows you down — focus one main roster first.
Pick a main nation
Choose US, Germany, or USSR based on which maps you queue most. All are viable.
Level assault and medic before exotic roles. They fit every map.
Battle pass cosmetics are optional — gameplay upgrades win more matches.
Upgrade order
Weapon stability and reload on your main gun. Then bag size for medic and engineer.
